These are body weight exercises that do not require any equipment.

These exercises require a pair of dumbbells. If you do not have dumbbells, you can exchange for something that has some weight to it that you can hold easily in your hands.

These exercises require a kettlebell. If you do not have a kettlebell, you can exchange for something that has some weight to it that you can easily hold in a kettlebell style hand grip.

These exercises require a stability ball. If you do not have a stability ball, you can exchange another ball of sorts for some exercises or simply perform them on the ground.
