2 Ingredient (Healthy) Cookies

Coconut Banana Cookies


The whole family enjoyed these! Braxton was unsure at first, taking a small bite, and then shoved the  whole thing in his mouth and begged for more. Brian thought, “They’re pretty good for being healthy.” I thought they were a nice treat that didn’t leave me with a stomachache.


1 banana

3/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Blend ingredients (I used a NutriBullet)
  3. Place tablespoon drops on greased cookie sheet (or lined with parchment paper)
  4. Bake for 25 minutes
  5. Enjoy!
