Is it really true that I can workout at home?

YES! I didn’t believe it at first either! But, I was limited on time, sleep, equipment and tons of other excuses, but I knew one thing – I was determined to be a fit mommy! I took what I already knew from years of experience, did lots of research and got to work. These exercises can be done at home, at the park or wherever you are willing to put in the effort to better yourself!

Do I need any equipment?

Fit Mommy Academy provides numerous exercises that require no equipment at all. Or, if you want to increase your choices, having minimal equipment can help. A stability ball, pair of dumbbells, etc. will increase your options of exercises that can be completed at home.

What else do I need to buy?

NOTHING! There are no tricks, gimmicks or pyramid schemes here. No ‘magic’ shakes, pills or wraps because, honestly, they don’t work!

How many days per week should I work out?

That’s up to you! I’d recommend starting with 2-3 days and building up to 5-6 days per week.

What should I be eating?

Keep an eye out for recipes, groceries lists, meals plans, etc. via my blog! However, in general, think whole, clean foods and stay away from anything processed. Do your best to shop the perimeter of the grocery store.
