If you’re new to working out, we recommend starting with 2-3 days per week and modify as you see fit. Once you start to get the hang of things, try increasing the frequency of your workouts up to 5-6 days per week.
As far as what your workout will look like, you have lots of options! You can:
Use the ‘programmed workouts’ option under the ‘exercise library’ tab. Workouts will be posted here regularly. Some will include a video of Keri explaining and doing the workout, often with a cameo from son, Braxton, while others will just be written out for you. If you have any questions about the movements, be sure to watch the explanation video in the exercise library.
Program your own workouts by selecting ‘random workout’ under the same tab. Select the randomizer button and you will be given an exercise. Do this exercise for a set time limit (try one minute) or a set amount of reps (try 10-15). Select another exercise and repeat. No ‘cherry picking’ here!
